Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions, credit packages, and other digital products on BananaPrompt.art.

Given that BananaPrompt.art delivers immediate access to digital credits and services, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of digital products. Most digital products, including credits and subscriptions, are considered final once delivered due to their immediate usability. However, we will process refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Customer Portal. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the period you paid for expires. Refunds for full subscription periods are generally not available unless there is a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and transaction details.

3. Credit Package Refunds

Credit packages are typically non-refundable once purchased and delivered to your account. Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase and cannot be returned. However, we will issue refunds in the following cases: verified duplicate charges for the same credit package, unauthorized transactions on your account (with proof of fraud), or technical errors that prevented credits from being properly credited to your account. Refund requests for credit packages must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Digital Products and Services

All digital products and services provided by BananaPrompt.art, including premium prompts and access features, are considered consumed upon delivery. These products are non-refundable unless you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the service as described. If you encounter persistent technical problems that we cannot resolve within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. Please contact support with detailed information about the issue, including error messages and steps you have taken to resolve it.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund inquiries receive responses within 3 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

6. How to Request a Refund
